Yo, its a slow Sunday evening for the Castle, not really we are still at work

Jon finished his mini models to convey how his crew boating house would take form. Using metal wire, mesh and wood as his medium to create these models

You can find more of Jon's work at his Behance

Evan is working on a extra portfolio project dealing with Stop Motion Cut Out Animation. You can see the beginning of a cow body standing next to a water cooler

P.S. Baldinos had some amazing subs for $3.49 with chips

Some Finished Works

Posted by The Castle | Posted in | Posted on 1:06 AM

Eric created a poster for an Advertisement class to illustrate the power of brands, I think it came out pretty good.

Jon has his nearly finished poster barring one missing graph. Looks pretty sweet

Carlos has also come to a nearly finalized self logo for his own design persona...straight spiffy
P.S. Jon should become a professional poster model, he has such charisma!
P.S.S. if Jillian Beck is reading this stop looking through our windows or we will call the cops...haha

Today we find Jon working on a site analysis for ARCH Studio 2, using ink transfer techniques Jon is giving life and character to the most mundane of charts and topography maps.

We also find Chris working on character designs and character movement sketches for his Illustrations for Childrens Books class.

Studio Area Created

Posted by The Castle | Posted in , , | Posted on 5:04 PM

The Castle has created our first community studio area to help out each other to exchange ideas and to further develop our own design skills in the process. We plan to post our work as time goes to showcase our abilities in the near future.
